The Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) is collecting your full name and email address for the purposes of providing SBDC newsletter communications.

If you choose not to provide the information to us, or if it is incomplete or inaccurate, we will be unable to provide newsletter communications to you.

The information may be disclosed to third parties engaged by us to provide services on our behalf; government departments, auditors, emergency service providers, and law enforcement agencies to fulfill our legislative obligations.

You should note that information provided to the SBDC is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 1992.
